Baptism

At First UMC, we recognize baptism as a welcoming into the universal fellowship of the Church. Therefore, we offer baptism to all who wish to celebrate to new life in God’s love, regardless of membership or attendance history. If you have additional questions or would like to set up a baptism for yourself or a loved one. It’s as easy to begin as picking a date! 

Once we confirm a date, Rev. Brad will meet with you to walk through the baptism liturgy, and discuss the questions that you’ll answer aloud during the baptism. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions you have about the service or about what baptism means to us.
